The laboratory may cancel one or more scheduled tests for pre-analytical, clinical, or technical reasons. Information about the same will be sent to you by SMS and email. In these situations, it is recommended that our service provider gather the new samples and perform the unreported test or tests at no expense. Our staff will work with you to arrange for the recollection of samples and make sure that all results are delivered on schedule.
In the event that you would prefer not to go for re-collection, you can request a refund. If every test is canceled, the entire refund will be given. Part of the reimbursement will be given if some tests are completed and reports are made public while other tests are canceled. When a partial refund is granted, the amount is determined using the unreported test(s)' catalog rate and adjusted to reflect its weighted average of the entire order value. If, after three to five days following the reports' release, you still haven't gotten the physical copy you ordered, please send an email to orders@thyrocare.com. After the report or reports are shipped, we will share tracking information and make sure that delivery is accelerated. The report PDF can be obtained via WhatsApp by sending a request to the registered mobile number 9870666333, along with the barcodes and order ID. Please be aware that a hard copy report costs an extra Rs 75.

The specified email address (if supplied) will automatically receive a soft copy of the reports. Please write us at softcopy@thyrocare.com to obtain the reports if you have not gotten them or if your email address has not been updated. The soft copy might not be created if your tests haven't been processed yet.

Softcopy of reports will be sent to your registered email ID within 24 to 48 hours of sample collection depending upon the transit time. If you have opted for hard copy reports by paying extra at the time of booking (exclusive of the test/package cost), the reports would be delivered in 3 to 5 days after samples are processed. You would be notified via SMS once the soft copy of report(s) is sent to your registered email ID and hard copy report(s) are dispatched to your address with tracking details.

Once the specimen(s) are collected, including transit time and processing time, soft copy reports would be sent to your registered email ID within 24 to 48 hours. If you have opted for hard copy reports by paying extra at the time of booking (exclusive of the test/package cost), the reports would be delivered in 3 to 5 days after samples are processed. You would be notified via SMS once the soft copy of report(s) is sent to your registered email ID and hard copy report(s) are dispatched to your address with tracking details.
